Maine Egypt Scholar Reacts to Mubarak's Announcement
Egypt scholar and University of Southern Maine president Selma Botman says she's shocked and concerned by Hosni Mubarak's decision not to step down. Botman, who had expected the Egyptian president's resignation, spoke to journalists this afternoon, just after watching Mubarak's speech live on television.
