The Maine State Chamber of Commerce is asking for "extreme" positions and rhetoric to be set aside so that regulatory reform can help improve Maine's economy without sacrificing the environment. Chamber President Dana Connors says his organization will be analyzing specific proposals from the LePage administration to reform environmental and other regulations over the coming weeks. But Connors is not advocating what some see as broad, environmental rollbacks.
