The Biathlon World Cup taking place over the next week in Northern Aroostook County could hardly have come at a better time. The event with is projected to pump millions of dollars into the local economy. And while winter up north usually means heavy snow and lots of snowmobilers, that's not the case this year. The dearth of snow so far this season has upset The County's winter economy.
